Mr.Bear and Mr.Fox were good friends. They often went out in search of food togetther.
One day, each of them caught a fish. Mr.Fox ate the fish right away, but Mr.Bear did not.
He just proudly hung on to it.
Mr.Fox asked surprisingly. " Why don't you eat the fish."
Mr.Bear " I will save it for later."
Mr.Fox puzzled. " But it will spoil after only an hour."
Mr.Bear smugly said " You will see."
Then Mr.Bear divided the fish into four parts. The head was for the lion.
The tail was for the tiger. The middle part was for the wolf, and he kept
the last part for himself. Mr.Fox looked at Mr.Bear for a long time and then uttered,
" Did you not say you would save it ? Now you have only got a small piece left.
How would that be enough ? " then Mr.Fox went away.
As days went by, Mr.Fox could not find food so he went to see Mr.Bear.
Mr.Fox was very surprised to see Mr.Bear carrying so many fish.
Mr.Fox asked." Where did you get those fish ? I have spend days looking and
could not find any . I am deadly hungry."
Mr.Bear said. " You remember the fish I gave the lion and the tiger ? These fish I got from them . Look over there ! The wolf is bringing some fish for me
They are returning me a favor." Mr.Fox nodded understanding the meaning
of saving it for later. ^_^
